About The Lake

RachenahalliLake is situated behind Manyata Tech Park near Jakkur Layout, Thanisandra Ward, Bengaluru Urban District. It is a part of the Yellamallappa Chetty Lake Series and Rachenahalli lake is spread over 129 acres. Thanisandra Ward has a population of 71,855 as per the Census of 2011. Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has maintained the lake and basic infrastructure is in place.
