This lake lies across south Pennar river basin with sub - base as right bank in sub- series in survey no 6 of Yella Mallappa setty land. It is situated about 1 km from Chokkanahalli village. This village is connected to taluk head quarters Yelahanka town by road. This tank is already constructed long back (60 years) and is in working condition but requires improvements.
